Life is full — sometimes overwhelmingly so. This retreat is our way of creating space for you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself without distraction.

We’ll weave together yoga, breathwork, connection, and the natural beauty of Joshua Tree to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded — with memories of laughter, stillness, and shared moments under the desert stars.

We’ll be gathering in a beautiful desert property in Joshua Tree, California — complete with cozy shared spaces, a pool, and stunning views. The exact location will be announced the day before. Once you sign up you will be given more info to start planning your trip!

Megan is a Somatic Healer, Ayurvedic Health Coach, and Yoga Instructor passionate about guiding others back to the wisdom of their bodies. She uses trauma-informed practices to help clients release stuck energy, reclaim their power, and live with intention. Her work blends somatic practices, Ayurveda, and mindful movement to create deep, sustainable transformation. Megan believes healing is both personal and collective—and that curiosity and embodiment are keys to liberation.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on Thursday, October 2nd. Check-out is at 10:00 AM on Sunday, October 5th.

CAN I COME ALONE?
Absolutely! Many guests join us solo. If you’re coming alone, we’ll pair you with another guest for shared accommodations so you can instantly feel connected.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT, AND ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
A $500 deposit secures your spot. Payment plans are available to make joining easier. Please note that deposits and payments are non-refundable.

DO I NEED YOGA EXPERIENCE?
Not at all! This retreat is open to all levels, ages, and stages—whether you’ve been practicing for years or have never set foot on a mat.

DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL ACTIVITIES?
Every activity is optional. We encourage everyone to join group sessions and meals to help foster community, but this is your retreat—listen to your needs.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK?
Bring a yoga mat, journal, bathing suit, hiking boots, and comfortable clothing you can relax and move in.

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
We will be serving delicious gluten-free, plant-based meals. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any additional dietary needs so we can do our best to accommodate.

WHERE IS THE RETREAT LOCATED?
We’ll be gathering in the stunning landscape of Joshua Tree, California. Directions and detailed arrival info will be sent the day before

HOW DO I GET THERE?
The nearest major airport is Palm Springs International (PSP), about 50 minutes away. LAX is approximately 2.5 hours away. You can rent a car, arrange a shuttle, or share a ride with other participants (we’ll help coordinate).

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RETREAT PRICE?
Your stay includes accommodations, all meals, yoga and meditation sessions, group workshops, guided hikes, and access to beautiful shared spaces.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
Airfare, transportation to/from the retreat, travel insurance, and any personal purchases or optional add-ons.

WILL THERE BE FREE TIME?
Yes! While we have a beautiful schedule of activities, there will be time for rest, journaling, exploring, and soaking up the desert beauty.

IS THERE WIFI OR CELL SERVICE?
Cell service may be limited depending on your carrier, and we encourage unplugging as much as possible. Wi-Fi will be available 

IS IT SAFE TO TRAVEL ALONE?
Yes! Many of our participants come solo, and we take great care to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.
